Shipping within Australia
We aim to have all orders roasted, packed and shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. Our standard shipping offered Australia-wide is via Australia Post Express Post (1-2 days).
For both metropolitan services, or regional and larger orders, StarTrack Overnight Express is provided as a premium alternative service, offering a faster and more reliable door to door service through the StarTrack national network.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping via tracked International Parcel Post. There are two priority classes available: either Registered Parcel Post (5-12 days to most destinations) or International Merchant Express (2-4 days to most destinations). Pricing on these varies depending on your order size and location, our shipping calculator will provide accurate shipping rates for all international destinations at checkout.
Note regarding the current COVID-19 Situation for International Shipments
Due to the current crisis facing the air travel industry, flight capacity throughout Australia, Asia and most of the world is significantly reduced. Our airfreight shipping partners have all advised that significant delays are to be expected for international shipments due to a lack of international flight capacity.
If you are considering ordering for shipping outside Australia, we are advising customers to expect delays of up to 7-10 days on top of the normal transit times for all destinations.
Returns and refunds
We will provide a full refund for orders that are received damaged. We cannot guarantee that orders will be redirected if the incorrect shipping address has been provided.
